3 cup of all purpose flour
6 tablespoon of corn starch
1/4 teaspoons of fine salt
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
3 sticks of unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 325. Butter pan or line it with parchment paper (butter the paper).
Whisk together cornstarch and salt in bowl. Beat the butter and sugar with electric mixer at medium speed until fluffy (5-7 mins). Slowly add flour mixture to the butter the butter and sugar mixture. Until the dough is combined do not over mix. Transfer dough work area and form cookies. Once you formed cookies add buttered pan.

Bake until golden brown (approx. 30 mins). Once cooked let cool to room temp. Then carefully take them off the pan.

Cookies can last 5 days in airtight container.
