1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup softened butter
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp milk
2 cups diced rhubarb
1 3oz package of strawberry jello, not the sugar free kind
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Whip egg and milk together. Add to dry mixture. Spray 9x9 pan. Spread mixture in pan and press down slightly. Sprinkle rhubarb over the top and sprinkle jello powder on top. Put sugar, flour and cinnamon in bowl and cut in butter until crumbly. Scatter crumb mixture on top.

Bake 45 minutes at 350º
