6-8 Medium Apples, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Water
3/4 Cup firmly packed light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup flour
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter or maragerine

Directions:
Directions:
Prehaet oven to 375 degrees F.
Use an 8x8 pan.
In a bowl, sprinkle apple slices with lemon juice and water.
In another bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and oats, and cinnamon.
Place apples in pan, spread the dry mixture over top of apples.
Cut better until crumbly, sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 40-45 min, or until apples test tender.

All of the grandchildren ate this and looked forward to Gram coming over becasue she always had Choclate chip cookies, or Apple Crisp for dessert!
