1/3 Cup raisins
1 Cup Water
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup of Green Pepper
1/3 Cup Crushed Pineapple, save the juice
1 4 oz tomato sauce
Dash of Salt
1 tsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Chil Powder
1 Tbsp. Pineapple juice, from juice above

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan add the 1 cup water and raisins, simmer until soft and having some of the juice left over add additional water to make 1/2 cup, set aside.
Add the rest of ingredients and simmer to combine then add raisin water and cook until it's thickened to your liking.
Use as you would BBQ Sauce.
Store in an airtight jar or container.

Granny was always "inventing" her own sauces and making recipes her own. You can even add this sauce to "chipped ham", or chip -chopped ham as we always called it. She would also just put it on a fresh bun and eat the bread with the sauce.
