1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 packet instant coffee dissolved in 2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat the butter until smooth
Add egg and beat until incorporated, add coffee, oil and vanilla beat together.
Add cake mix in batches and beat slowly after each addition.
Stir in the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake 7-10 minutes.
Cool and enjoy
