4 eggs
salt and pepper
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp cream of tartar
Parmesan or Romano cheese
Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Add oregano and cream of tartar. Beat well. Add cheese and bread crumbs and mix. Melt butter in pan. Add egg mixture and cook.
