2 1/4 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
2/3 c. Butter
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. White Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 c. Chopped Nuts (finely chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

Cream together the butter, brown sugar and sugar.

Add egg and vanilla and the finely chopped nuts.

Shape into roll and wrap in wax paper. Chill overnight.

Slice 1/8" thick and bake on a baking sheet at 400ºF for five (5) to seven (7) minutes.
