¾ cup crisco
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ white granulated sugar

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cup flour
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 cups rolled oats
½ pkg chocolate chips
¾ cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Preset oven to 350º Cream first 3 ingredients well. Sift flour, salt and soda together. Mix dry ingredients including oatmeal into the creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake for 15 minutes or less.
