1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 Tbsp molasses
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
5 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 bag mini chocolate chips (2 cups)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º. In a large bowl cream together butter, sugars, and molasses. Add pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well then add all the dry ingredients until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
