⅔ cup butter or margarine, softened
⅔ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1½ cups old-fashioned oats
1½ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 (6 ounce) package Craisins sweetened dried cranberries
⅔ cup white chocolate chunks

Directions:

Preheat oven 375ºF.
Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt. In several small batches, combine flour mixture into butter mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cranberries and chocolate chunks. drop by rounded teaspoons unto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
