Pastry for 2 crust pie
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp almond flavoring
2 T cornstarch
2 eggs
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Fit lower crust into pie plate. Combine eggs, cornstarch in water, sugar, juice and flavoring, heat on stove. Pour into unbaked crust. Top with second crust. Brush with milk. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375º for 1 hour. Serve plain or with ice cream.
