Cake:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can 20-ounce crushed pineapple
½ cup chopped walnuts
Icing:
8 ounces cream cheese
1¾ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ stick butter
½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Whip eggs and sugar together. Add flour and baking soda. Fold in nuts and pineapple. Add vanilla. Pour into greased and floured baking pan and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center of cake. Cool cake. Beat icing ingredients together and spread over cake. Sprinkle nuts on top.
