Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cake yeast soaked in 1/2 cup warm water and a little bit of sugar on yeast.
1 cup sugar
1 cup lard & butter – I use mostly butter
3 teaspoon salt.
4 1/2 cups warm water
Add yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Sift 10 full cup flour in pan. Make hole in center of flour & pour in mixture. Stir in all the flour & then kneed in 5 more cups of flour. Let raise 4 hours – work down – let raise 1 hour & work down – all this while keep in warm (not hot) place – after that keep in cool place and bake buns as wanted.

The longer you kneed this, the finer grained the bread – if you use 1/2 of this, use one yeast cake. Anyway – this makes swell cinnamon rolls.
