3 cups pumpkin
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. cloves
7 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tbls. Flour
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake in pie shells for about an hour in a 425 degree oven. Put foil over the pie crust so that the crust does not burn. Take foil off for the last twenty minutes of baking.

This recipe makes two 10 inch pies. This is as close as I can come to my mother's pumpkin pie. She never really had a recipe, she just dumped in the ingredients, and it was always delicious. - Jim
