4 cups warm water
3 T. yeast
⅔ cup sugar
9 cups all-purpose flour
2 T. salt
Oil
Butter for on top

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water into a very large mixing bowl
Add yeast and let bloom.

Whisk in sugar and salt; wait another few minutes to bloom again.

Stir in 8 cups of flour.
Set in warm place for 1 hour or until doubles in size.

Stir in remaining cup of flour.
Dough will still be sticky.

Pick up out of bowl and oil the bowl, swirling around edges to cover the bowl.
Dip top of bread into oil then flip and set in oil.

Wait 1 more hour until 2x in size again.

In a 9x13 casserole pan (you'll need 2) cover generously in oil.
Form into rolls.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Brush tops with butter.
