1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/8 tsp Paprika
1 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Apple Cider (or lemon juice)
1 Tbsp Butter or Margerine, to be added at the end after cooking.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, then add 2 whole eggs, or "egg beaters", or 4 egg yolks, gradually.
After the eggs are added, boil another minute.
Remove from heat, and add 1 Tbsp Butter or maragerine.
Cool and store in refriegrator up to 3 weeks.

There's no other taste for this salad dressing when it's made. There's no comparison, and is the BEST for any Potato Salad to take to a family gathering or picnic!
