2 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 ½ c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats


TOPPING:

1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 6oz. Pkg chocolate chips OR 1 heaping cup cho. Chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. margarine
Melt over low/medium heat.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, margarine and eggs. Add dry ingredients.

Lightly grease jelly roll pan. Spread 3/4 cookie mixture on bottom then pour topping mixture over. Dot remaining cookie mix on top. Swirl to marble. Bake @ 350º for 25 minutes
