6 tablespoons (1/6 cup) margarine, melted
2 lbs. Ore-Ida Southern Style Frozen Potatoes
2 cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken soup
(or may use potato, mushroom or celery soup)
1 cup light sour cream
Chopped onion to taste
1 3/4 cups Kraft reduced-fat mild cheddar cheese shredded (divided into 1 1/4 cups and 1/2 cup)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except the 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove from oven, sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
