Tomatillos ( roasted, boiled, canned)
Garlic
Green chili (roasted)
Onion
salt
cloves
Cilantro (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Roast or boil your tomatillos if they are fresh.
Add the tomatillos along with all of the other ingredients into a blender.
Bring your chile verde to a boil. Lower the temperature and simmer on low until you reach your desired consistency. You serve this hot over burritos or pretty much anything you would like. You can also serve this cold with chips as a salsa.

Note: I like to add pork short ribs with some extra water or stock. And boil it for a couple of hours. This makes the pork short ribs extremely tender and delicious. Serve with homemade tortillas, beans and rice.
