1 roll of Bob Evans original sausage
1 pkg Italian link sausage
1 pkg sliced pepperoni
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions sliced, (1 yellow, 1 white)
1 medium garlic clove, minced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 cans tomato sauce, 15 oz. each
1-1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 can tomato paste, 12 oz.
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1 bay leaf

In 3-quart sauce pan, add oil, onions, garlic and green pepper. Saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients except meats and slowly simmer 40 minutes. Remove bay leaf. In a skillet, cook roll sausage until crumbly and thoroughly cooked. Cook linked Italian Sausage and slice into chunks 1/4 thick. Warm pepperoni. Drain all meats and add to sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over favorite pasta.
