Ingredients:  
2 full cups of flour (to top of scoop)
1 egg yoke
¼ lb salted butter
Dissolve I package of yeast in 1/3 cup warm water with 1 tsp of sugar
½ tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
6-8 oz cheddar cheese - add last and fold in
Use sour cream to put it all together

Directions:
Directions:
Roll it out and fold in the cheese 3-5 times
Put the dough in the freezer or fridge at least over night
Roll out to ½ inch
Cut small circles
Lay out on ungreased baking sheet
Brush with egg
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until top is golden
