Olive oil
1 pound extra lean beef stew meat, sliced thin
1 medium onion, chopped
3-4 8 oz cans tomato sauce
2-3 stalks celery stalks, chopped
Parsley, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
1 small can mushrooms, drained

Directions:

1) Drizzle a large pot with olive oil and sauté your beef and onion about 7-10 minutes.
2) Add 3-4 cans of tomato sauce depending on how much juice you want. Fill each empty sauce can with water and add to the pot. Cook until the meat is almost soft.
3) Add your celery, parsley, black pepper, and salt and cook until your celery is tender.
4) Once your celery is cooked, add the peas and carrots and mushrooms. Cook for another 10 minutes or until all veggies are soft.
