1 store-bought refrigerated piecrust
2 C blueberries (fresh)
⅓ C sugar
¼ C water
1 tbsp cornstarch
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
2 pt vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 375º
Coat bottom, sides of 4 tart pans with cooking spray, veg oil or butter. Divide piecrust into 4 portions, roll out so slightly larger than pans. Press dough into pans, run rolling pin over the tops to trim excess dough. Line the dough w/ parchment paper or foil, fitting it up the sides - fill w/ pie weights, dried beans or uncooked rice. Place pans on a baking sheet -
Bake for 10 mins. Remove weights and cool -
In saucepan, med heat, cook berries, sugar, water, cornstarch and cinnamon until sauce thickens slightly (5-6 mins). Remove from heat, cool slightly. Remove crusts from pans, trans to serving plates, place ½ pint of ice cream in each tart, spoon some sauce on top.
