3 cups flour
1 1/2 cup butter Crisco
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg plus 2 tsp vinegar
Put the egg and vinegar in a measuring cup, whip slightly with a fork the egg and vinegar together add enough water to make 1/2 cup

Separate into (3) balls if you are using an 8" pie dish or (2) balls for a deep dish

Roll out onto pie dish
