1 cup white sugar + 2 tbsp
1/2 cup brown sugar + 2 tbsp
1/2 cup crisco
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 cups raw apples, peeled and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together crisco and white and brown sugar, add one egg at a time. in a seperate bowl mix together dry ingredients. Alternate mixing into cake batter dry ingredients with milk until well mixed. Fold in raw chopped apples. Put cake batter into 9 x 13 greased pan and sprinkle top with 2 tbsp white sugar and 2 tbsp brown sugar. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes.
