2 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
2 t salt
3 cups buttermilk
2 t soda
4 cups whole wheat or graham flour
2 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar and buttermilk together. Mix salt, soda and flours together. Combine all ingredients together, then add the raisins and nuts.

Grease loaf pans. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes (less for muffins).
This recipe makes 2 9x5 loaves or 2 8x4 loaves, plus 4 muffins.
