Paper Bag

S&P
Paprika
Canola Oil

DIRECTIONS:

Put all ingredients in bag shaking the chicken in flour mixture.

Fry in hot grease 400º until brown and crisp on both sides.

Continue to cook 325º-350º at least 30 minutes.

I use electric fry pan.
