2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 eggs
Oil for frying
2-3 cups honey
Nonpareils, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
2) Add one egg at a time, mixing into the flour mixture, checking for dough consistency as you knead.
3) When dough is ready, on a floured surface roll out into long thin stripes and cut into small pieces.
4) In a large pan, heat oil and fry dough until golden brown. When done, remove from oil and drain additional oil on a plate lined with paper towel.
5) Place fried dough into a large bowl and cover with a generous amount of honey, enough to coat all the dough pieces and to sit on the bottom of your bowl.
6) When everything is coated in honey, place strufella in whatever serving dish you will be keeping/serving them in and top with nonpareils.
