1 baked pie shell, 9 inch
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 package (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 jar(8 oz). jar taco sauce, divided
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed corn chips
Sour cream
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion until browned and crumbly, drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine beans and 1/3 cup taco sauce. Spoon half of meat mixture into baked pie shell. Top with half of the bean mixture, half of cheese and corn chips. Repeat layering of meat mixture, bean mixture and top with cheese. Bake about 20 minutes or until heated through. To serve, top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and sour cream.
