2 C. Sugar
1 C. Wesson or Crisco oil
3 Eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla
2 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cinnamon
4 C. thinly diced Apple
1 C. Nuts ( Walnuts)
6 oz Butterscotch Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 10 ingredients in order listed. Pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with Nuts and Butterscotch chips. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes.

May substitute 1 cup applesauce and 1 tablespoon lemon juice for apples. However its just not the same!!!
