2 lb. Frozen Hashbrowns(cubed)
2 C. Grated Chedder Cheese
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. Sour Cream
1 tbsp Onion (optional)
1/2 Stick of Butter
Crushed Cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Place hashbrowns in a ungreased cassarole dish. Heat remaining ingredients (except the cornflakes) in a pan. Pour over hashbrowns and sprinkle the cornflakes on top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
