For 2 servings:
1/4 c whole raw almonds
1/4 c whole raw pecans
1/4 c whole raw walnuts
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
1/4 c unsweetened coconut flakes (such as Bobs Red Mill)
1/2 c wild blueberries (frozen is fine)
1/2 c full fat greek yogurt (can substitute milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the nuts for 5 to 10 minutes at 200º until fragrant. Roughly chop by hand. Mix with coconut flakes, chia seeds, and ground flaxseed in a bowl.
Place in two bowls, top with 1/4 cup berries in each bowl. Top with 1/4 cup yogurt (or milk) in each bowl.
