1 lb. hamburger
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup chopped green peppers
3 medium carrots, shredded
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 cup peas
1 can red been
3 tsp. chili powder
3 cups whole tomatoes, blended
3 teaspoons dry bouillon (or 3 cubes)
1 1/2 cups water or 1 can consomme
3 cups cooked Skroodles, wide noodles or diced potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger and onion in large skillet. Add carrots, pepper, and potatoes (if you decide that option). Blend in garlic, tomatoes, and dry seasonings. Mix in peas and beans, add water or consommé.
