1 stick oleo
1 square chocolate
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:

In skillet or sauce pan, melt oleo and chocolate. In mixing bowl, beat eggs; add sugar, vanilla, oleo, and chocolate. Add dry ingredients, sifted together.
Add nuts last. Grease and flour oblong cake pan (about 8X11X2"). Pour batter into pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over top of hot cake.

Topping 1 small bag marshmallows
1 stick oleo
1 square chocolate
1/4 c. cream or milk
1 box sifted powdered sugar
1/2 t. vanilla

Melt oleo and chocolate in skillet or sauce pan. Add milk; pour into small mixing bowl. Gradually add sifted sugar. Add vanilla. If icing is too thick, thin with a little more milk. Beat well. Spread icing on top of marshmallows. This cake is good hot or cold. It freezes well, takes less than 1 hour to prepare.
