2 large eggs
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 anchovy filets (use anchovy paste - its easier)
1 3/4 cups peanut oil
2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Add everything but the oil into a blender / food processor. Blend on low, adding the oil slowly to let a thick emulsion form.

Add over romaine lettuce, with ground Parmesan cheese and garlic croutons.
