4 or 5 pork chops, boneless
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops – do not cook until done. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with Pam and put in a layer of sliced potatoes. Next layer pork chops. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, salt, pepper and the rest of the sliced potatoes. Pour over pork chops. Arrange potato slices on top. Cover for about 40 – 45 minutes and let set, then uncover.

Bake at 400 degrees for one hour or until the potatoes are done.
