12 oz.steak, cooked
1small garlic clove, crushed
1tablespoon vegetable oil
1medium green bell pepper, chopped
1cup (or more) sliced mushrooms
1packet beef broth & seasoning mix, dissolved in 3/4 cup water
1teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet and sauté garlic. Add pepper strips and mushrooms; sauté until tender. Cut steak into thin strips. Add steak and dissolved broth and soy sauce. Cook 3 minutes. Gradually add dissolved cornstarch mixture. Serve over cooked rice or with mashed potatoes.
