1 large can of pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 ˝ tsp ground ginger
4 beaten eggs
3 cups cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make crust for bottom pie crusts only.
Beat mixture well and put in pie crust.
Bake at 400-425 degrees for 30 minutes then decrease the temp to 350 degrees for 30 minutes longer (Sometimes even longer)until it sets and looks like it is cracking.
Knife should come out clean.
