2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 cup well-drained oysters
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoon finely diced celery
1 teaspoon chopped onion
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
Sufficient water or broth (I use portion of oyster juice)

Directions:
Combine ingredients adding sufficient liquids to make stuffing pack readily. If desired, a well beaten egg may be added. Stuff turkey cavities to bake and cook as directed. You can also put dressing in a greased oven-safe dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
