3 T. cocoa
½ cup milk
1 T. vanilla extract
2-3 T. butter



Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a full, rolling boil. Boil about 1-2 minutes while continuing to stir. Test by dropping a small drop in cold water. Once a soft ball forms, the icing is ready. Pour over cake and spread to cover while icing is still warm, as it will harden as it cools.
