2 c. flour
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. chopped nuts
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
2 c. finely chopped, peeled raw apples

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375. Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Blend at low speed until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Press 2 3/4 c. crumb mixture into ungreased 9x13 pan. Add cinnamon, soda, salt, sour cream, vanilla and egg to remaining mixture. Blend well. Stir in apples, spoon evenly over base. Base 25 to 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream.
