1/2 c. crisco oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1/2 c. cocoa
Filling-1/2 c. crisco
1 c. marshmellow cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbls. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together first four ingredients then add flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Drop by rounded tbls. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Batter will be very thin. Bake at 425 for 5 or 6 minutes.
Cream together all filling ingredients until light and fluffy. Spread on cooled cookies and put together like a sandwich.

I have substituted the filling for a small scoop of chocolate icecream and freeze them.
