¼ cup Butter (half stick)
3-4 slices Bacon
¼ Onion, fresh
2 cans Green Beans, (15 oz. can)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the bacon in pot planned to cook green beans. When bacon is nearly done add in ¼ of a fresh onion. The onion should be diced or pureed. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until the onion is cooked. Add to this pot the two cans of green beans including the fluid from cans. Add in the half-stick (¼ cup) butter. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Bring contents to boil and reduce to simmer for 30-60 minutes.
