3lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 sm. jar chili sauce
1 sm.bottle ketchup
1 can tomato sauce and water( quantity needed explained in directions)
1 med. onion
1 green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients together and make into medium sized hamburg patties. Brown in frying pan. Cut onion and green pepper into large pieces and set aside. Place browned burgers into a large roaster pan and add peppers and onions. Pour the remaining ingredients over top of burgers and veggies and add water to all empty bottles and cans. Pour water over top of other ingredients in roaster pan. Stir gently. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 hour
