Lasagna noodles cooked per package direction (or I've also used the oven ready noodles. It just takes longer to bake when using those)
Hamburger, browned with minced garlic and dehydrated onion; drained
Jar of spaghetti sauce
1 large container cottage cheese
Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the hamburger and spaghetti sauce together
In a greased baking dish (9*13) put a layer of noodles
Top with ½ the hamburger mixture
Top with ½ the cottage cheese
Top with grated cheese
Top with another layer of noodles
Repeat until the noodles are gone
Top with grated cheese

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until heated through

This is one of those meals that is better the next day!

I'm kind of a lasagna snob but this is one of the two recipes I like :)
