Directions:
Directions:
Using equal parts honey and cream boil in a sauce pan to not quite hard crack (either use a candy thermometer or the old cold water in a mug method)
Pour on greased cookie sheet and cool
While still warm grease hands well and pull pieces of candy.
Store the pulled candy in a bowl in the fridge

I remember walking up to grandma's and pulling honey candy with her when we lived in Lewisville!
Dad remembers being at grandma's with 10 or so of his Poulsen cousins pulling honey candy to store for the summer so they would have candy to eat.
