1 lb. ground beef
1 cup rice
1 can corn
1 can (8 oz.) tomatoes
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper. Drain fat. Add tomatoes and cook 15 minutes, then add corn, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes. Add rice and cook until done (may need to add a little water before adding rice). Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle nacho chips on top.
