1 cup chopped celery
2 large red onions, chopped fine
1 large green pepper, chopped fine
2 tablespoons oil
2 pounds ground chuck
6 ounces wide noodles
8 ounces canned mushrooms
1 can tomato soup
8 ounces tomato sauce
6 ounces tomato paste
Salt and pepper
4 squirts hot Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 pound mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Brown celery, onions and green pepper in the oil. Remove vegetables and put in a large bowl. Brown the ground meat in the same oil; add to vegetables in bowl. Cook noodles; drain; add to bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients including 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased baking pan. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
