1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup Quick Cooking Oatmeal (uncooked)
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Press firmly into ungreased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated moderate oven at 350 degree about 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
