4 Chicken breasts, skinned
1 cup uncooked rice (Uncle Benís Converted)
2 cups hot water
1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 can mushrooms, drained
Salt, pepper and accent seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Spread rice evenly in casserole dish. Place chicken breasts on rice, then seasonings. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken pieces and add mushrooms. Add hot water and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour 15 minutes.
